I don’t crochet gifts for the holidays. It’s the time of year where I’m starting to see the panicked posts of friends and colleagues regarding all the gift crocheting (or knitting) that they have left to do. Meanwhile in Jess-Land,
I missed yesterday. It happens. We had an ice episode on Monday and then snowy (snow day) fun here yesterday. Combined with the doctor’s appointment and the sudden I’m exhausted, I got a day off of the gift guide. Please see the first day of the gift guide to be filled in if you are wondering where I’m going with this.
It’s the halfway point of this year’s Handmade Holiday Gift Guide. I’m really excited still and haven’t gotten to the dreading portion of posting these. I’d love to see more gifts posted, honestly, but…. I’ll take what I have. You can check out day one’s gift guide for a full explanation of what I’m talking about. You might have also missed that I’m copying and pasting the bottom portions of these guides, so I don’t make myself sick of doing them. Ahem.
Still with me? Today I’d like to feature home and living items. (You can catch up on all the gift guide fun and information from day one)
Day four is finally here! I’ve been waiting all week for this one. Today is our pet lovers day. Your one stop (I hope) place to list and find gifts for your pet or animal loving pals and your furry pals too. (cough*Ihaveapug*cough). (Click here to see what the to-do is all about if you are lost, by the way.)
Today is the day of the kiddies. In my opinion, this is the easiest gift guide there is, aside from jewelry. That’s just me though. Again, if you are wondering what this whole holiday gift guide mumbo jumbo is, click here for a quick refresher.
Right then. We have made it to day two. I hope you are all having fun. If you have arrived at this post and have no idea what is going on, get the explanation here regarding the gift guide. Also, I have decided for sanity’s sake, I will be copying and pasting the bottom portion of these posts aside from the link up. I’m busy enough, and don’t want to dread this fun little project by day 11 (cough*seven*cough).
Hello and welcome to the first day of my handmade holiday gift guide! I was thinking about the song “The 12 Days of Christmas” and somehow arrived at doing a holiday gift guide to get into the holiday spirit.
