I am a fiber artist trying to change the world through crochet… well not really, but I am a fiber artist. Anyway… Knot By Gran’ma is a one woman enterprise, where I basically crochet myself silly. Each piece is handmade by my two hands and completely one of a kind. I’m finding a great deal of pleasure crocheting up these pieces, as each seems to have a personality of its own.

Payment FAQ’s:
Can I use Paypal if I am not a member of Paypal? - Yup. Paypal will allow you to pay by credit card even if you are not a member. You can join afterwards or not.
What if I want to use Google Checkout or RME? - Click “OTHER” as payment and then please let me know in “NOTES TO SELLER” for an invoice if buying through Etsy. Or just let me know if you’re purchasing directly through Knot By Gran’ma.
How do you accept checks or money orders? - Your piece will not be sent out until the check or money order clears (this can take up to 2 weeks) and if your payment is no good or “bounces” you will be charged a $25 fee.
How do I pay for a custom order? - Custom orders require at least a 50% non-refundable deposit before any work is started. The rest can be paid as you like. Once payment is made in full, the piece will be sent out. All alchemy orders are to be paid via Paypal, Google Checkout, or RME. I will send you an invoice once the bid is accepted.

Art Dolls, Monster Art, and Random Pieces FAQ’s:
How long will it take until my piece arrives? - It generally takes me 1-3 days to get to the post office, because sometimes life does get in the way. The items are all sent via First Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. They usually take 2-3 days to arrive. Sometimes the post office is slow.
What happens if the Post Office loses my package? - This happens very rarely. If you are concerned, please purchase insurance. You can let me know when you purchase an item. If it does happen and you have no insurance, please contact me and we will work it out.
What happens if I don’t pick up my package and it is then shipped back to you? - You can either re-pay the shipping to have it sent back to you or I will refund your money less the original shipping and handling costs.
Can I order a custom piece? - Yes. Please contact through alchemy (on Etsy) or email me at knotbygranma (at) gmail (dot) com. Custom orders require at least a 50% non-refundable deposit before any work is started. The rest can be paid as you like. Once payment is made in full, the piece will be sent out.
Do you have a return policy? - Yes. I will accept returns within 30 days of the piece arriving. It must be sent back in its original condition. Once it arrives, I will refund your money (less S&H).

Can I custom design a pattern? - Yes. Please drop me a line at knotbygranma (at) gmail (dot) com and I will get back to you within 24 hours. (M-F)
How long it take to get my pattern? - You will receive your pattern within 24 hours of your payment clearing.
How are my patterns sent? - All patterns are sent as PDF files in an email attachment. Please add the KBG email address to your address book, so it doesn’t get stuck in a spam box. knotbygranma (at) gmail (dot) com.
How much is shipping? - There is no shipping for PDF files
Can I return a pattern? - No. Patterns are non-refundable
Can I pay through the mail for a pattern? - No. I accept electronic payments only for PDF crochet patterns at this time.
