I wish I had more to show you this week. Last week was rough. We all ended up sick and the things that were supposed to get done… didn’t. I’m still catching up. I feel like I’m always trying to catch up. I guess that’s part of the whole process for me. Anyway, enjoy the photographs.

Romney wool fleece: Mostly Wordless Wednesday - Wool and Yarn Bowl Progress | Knot By Gran'ma Blog
This is lovely Romney wool that was just shorn last week at Grape Hollow Farm. Cannot. Wait. I have a lot of plans for this fleece, starting with skirting and then washing it. The Romney spins up into such perfect yarn for making monster dolls.

Speaking of monsters… this is the 2nd version of Larry so far. I’ve added magnets to keep his mouth closed, because no one likes when their yarn flies out. The washers are stainless steel and act as yarn guides. I’m loving it.

Priscilla, my love. She’s in the midst of being clipped down (more) on her face, neck, and ears. No matter what I try or how often I groom her, she’s getting mats. Her body is great. I’m leaving that alone, but the mats on her face are so hard to get to.
