It’s been just about a month since starting to use my bullet journal. It’s been an overwhelming success. I live for lists, for organization (on paper), and places to put my thoughts & ideas. This covers most of that. It’s a work in progress. I’m still tweaking what I’m doing, how I’m using it, and remembering to bring this with me everywhere. I’m forgetting less and getting more accomplished. Over-planning is also slowing down. I’m seeing some progress, and the light is getting brighter towards the end of that tunnel

This was last week, before Thanksgiving. I’m learning to see what I’m trying to get accomplished and what’s just ridiculous to have thought I could finished.

I added Kiddo’s “get out of being punished” here too. It’s making it easier to keep track of everything… BECAUSE IT’S ALL IN THE SAME SPOT. That’s the colored cloud bubbles and seemingly random math. He’s earning off points to get himself out of the mess he put himself into. This is making my life easier to manage… and that was the entire point of this in the first place. Awesome.

“Do the right thing. Help other people.” I was reading a magazine about the Medal of Honor recipients and one of the men was quoted as saying this. It seems very simple. I can strive to do this. I wish we all would. I’ll probably write it down more than once.

I’m sure there are more things that I should be doing with this. It will get there. I’m working on being comfortable with what’s going on here before figuring out more things to add to the journal.

Love this idea, I think I’ll adopt it as my 2016 journal/diary method.
