I fell off the face of the earth a little with the Free Pattern
Friday Monday posts. Between the craft show and just feeling a little BLAH, this wasn’t important for a little while. I’m feeling recharged though, and we’re back on a brand new day. I think Mondays need to have free patterns on them. Fridays are kind of cool just because it’s Friday. Mondays can be hard sometimes.
This one got me to chuckle a bit… the pictures of the finished pieces are hilarious. I guess we all need a little viking in our days sometimes. This takes me back to the days of eating watermelon with my buddies in high school “like viking”! It was very messy. This pattern definitely fills the needs of those kinds of days nicely. Go here to get this pattern.
There is more than one daisy applique pattern on this next page. You could make up a bunch of them and have your very own field of daisies. I think they are just stunning. I’m also a little biased, because daisies are my favorite flowers. My next tattoo will be sure to have many, many, many, many daisies… I’m still raising the funds for that though (cough*gobuymypatterns*cough). Ahem. Get the pattern(s) here!
I love this stitch. I’ve never made it before. I didn’t know what it was called (learn something new every day) and I’ll be incorporating it into my work very soon. I just have the two patterns to finish up first… Anyway. You will not only learn the stitch (bonus), but you get a pattern for a dish cloth at the end. It’s a great tutorial/pattern bonanza. Get the pattern here.
If you have a free crochet pattern (Already posted somewhere… I’m not really up to writing a post for you. I don’t have the time.) and a nice photo that I can have permission to use on the site, please contact me with the link and photo info/permission or go here for more information. I’d love to share your work with my readers. I do not receive compensation for any of these Free Pattern Friday links. I just love the designs and want to share them with you all.
